We will work with and assist Little Mill Country Club (LMCC) management in providing an excellent golf experience; promoting fellowship, fair competition and camaraderie among the membership. 

We will work together in the best interest of LMCC with integrity and professionalism in order to achieve all MGA of LMCC goals.

We will encourage and foster a volunteer ethic within LMCC. 

We will, on a continuous basis, via regular consultation with our membership, search for opportunities that will improve the overall experience at LMCC, both on and off the course.

We will promote a friendly, caring and respectful environment for all members and their families, staff and visitors. 

We will vigorously promote the fair and respectful treatment of every employee at LMCC.
